COSY THEATRE
“KENTUCKY MOONSHINE.” z “Kentucky Moonshine” which will be shown at the Cosy Theatre tonight is one of the Ritz Brothers best efforts in the field of comedy. They talk hillbilly and look hillbilly. Supporting the Ritz Brothers are Tony Martin and Marjorie Weaver who supply the romantic angle. Also on the same programme are Flannagan, and Allan supported by the Crazy Gang in “Alt’s Button Afloat.” This comedy is even funnier than “O.K. for Sound.” “Alt’s Button Afloat” is nautical fun at its best. The programme tomorrow night will be headed by “Cheer, Boys, Cheer,” featuring Nova Pilbeam and Edmund Gwenn in an excellent comedy, and “Traitor Spy ” starring Bruce Cabot and Tamara Desni is a powerful spy drama.
