PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT'S ENVOY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright I LONDON. March 10. The Dublin correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” states that the Roman Catholic Cardinal Archbishop of Armagh. Dr. Macßory, joined in the talk between President Roosevelt's special European envoy, Colonel Donovan, and the Prime Minister of Eire, Mr. de Valera. Colonel Donovan also had a long conversation with Mr. de Valera alone.
