AIR CASUALTIES

I LATEST NEW ZEALAND LIST. MASTERTON SERGEANT INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The following air casualties were announced today: Sergeant R. G. Mills, dangerously injured in operations. Sergeant Mills was born in Auckland and was educated at the New Plymouth Boys’ High School. His father is Mr I. M. Mills, Masterton. Pilot Officer Michael Cyril Wilder Ormond, R.A.F.V.R.. missing in air operations. Pilot Officer Ormond made a direct entry into the R.A.F., having left New Zealand to study in England before the outbreak of war. His father is Mr J. D. Ormond, Hawke’s Bay. Acting Flying Officer John Austin Strong, R.A.F.V.R.. killed in aircraft accident. His mother is Mrs M. IVI. Strong, London.
