ENEMY LIGHTING VEHICLES IN LIBYA DRIVEN OFF BY BRITISH , UNITS. TEN THOUSAND PRISONERS IN SOMALILAND. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) RUGBY, March 6. A Cairo communique states: "In Libya forward elements of our advancied forces again have driven off detachments of enemy armoured fighting vehicles west of Ageila. “In Abyssinia patriot forces continue to harass and inflict substantial casualties on the withdrawing Italians. "In Italian Somaliland our troops have occupied Fer-fer, where the advance is continuing. In all other areas operations are progressing satisfactory ily. So far the number of prisoners taken exceeds 10.000.’’

LQNDON. March 6. An Italian communique states: “Our troops in the Keren sector countert attacked the forces attempting to filter . the Italian lines at night and captured , a number of prisoners. The enemy carried out air raids in various localities in Eritrea. There was only slight damage and no casualties.” A German communique states: "Bombers attacked Malta with great success." BACK IN CAIRO MR EDEN & SIR JOHN DILL. (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) RUGBY. March 6. Cairo Press messages record the arrival there of Mr Anthony Eden and General Dill, on the conclusion of their visit to Athens. It is also reported that the Iraqi Foreign Minister has arrived at Cairo.
