(Received This Day, 1.20 p.m.) LONDON. February 28. An Italian communique says Italian and German planes in North Africa bombed and machine-gunned armoured units. Italian troops repulsed renewed attacks at Ku fra and Jarabub. Italian artillery are intensely active in the Keren sector. The fight continues violently. In Somaliland, Italian troops are evacuating Mogadishu. Fighting is proceeding strenuously northwards.
