A. Oumansky (Soviet Ambassador) after which Admiral Nomura said the conferences were ‘'purely social.’ Mr. Oumansky commented that he expected the discussion to continue for a long time, as the agenda was "a long one.” Asked if there were any items cleared up. Mr. Oumansky said: ‘'Yes, the moral embargo” which was announced some weeks ago.
