HOME GUARD. “A” and “C” COMPANIES OF THE MASTERTON HOME GUARD BATTALION will parade at the Masterton Dairy Factory tomorrow, Sunday, at 0800 hours (8 a.n}.) and will march to the Mahunga Golf Links for field training. All Guardsmen possessing rifles are requested to bring them on parade. Tea and a bun will be available on the parade ground at a cost of 4d. This is being supplied by a Carnival Queen Committee —so help the good effort by having 4d in your pocket. Bring your own cups. THE DISTRICT COMMANDER AND THE AREA COMMANDER WILL BE ON PARADE.
