It is earnestly requested that this questionnaire be first read carefully and then filled in ready for collection next week. ■ Collectors will start on Monday and continue until the collection is completed. It is suggested that householders may find it a convenience to place the questionnaire card within the letter-box as this would efiable the collector to pick it up readily, particularly should the collector call when there was no one at home.
