SCHOOL SPORTS CENTRAL SCORES MOST POINTS. NAVY-NURSING QUEEN FUND BENEFITS. The schools' swimming sports were held on Thursday in the Dixon Street Baths, under perfect weather conditions, and the enthusiasm of the supporters including children from seven public schools in Masierton with some of their parents, ensured a successful gathering. Donations were given by both children and parents towards the Navy-Nursing Queen fund. The schools competing were: West (W), Central (C). Lansdowne (L), Whatman (Wh), Solway (S).
