CONDITIONS IN HOLLAND A GERMAN PROCLAMATION THREATS OF DEATH FOR STRIKERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright' LONDON. February 26. An Amsterdam correspondent says the German, General Christensen, after strikes and riots, issued the following proclamation: "1 have taken over the executive power in north Holland with a view to the political situation. The strikers arc warned that failure to return will result in imprisonment and even death." BRUSSELS CAFE F.AICED DY GERMANS, ALLEGED ILLEGAL ORGANISATION. LONDON February 26. A German news agency reports that Germans raided a Brussels cafe and found a huge quantity of illegal fo<->d. An examination of the books revealed a countrywide illegal organisation.
