The Germans are tightening the control of occupied territory from Norway to France. The most stringent precautions are being taken in west. Norway following R.A.F. planes dropping thousands of leaflets in coastal towns and villages. A Lyons radio says that all public telephoning in the coastal districts in occupied France are restricted to local calls.
