E.P.S. DRILL UNITS

EXCELLENT PARADE LAST NIGHT. An excellent parade of the E.P.S. was held last night, there being an attendance of about HO, which was a considerable increase on the number present at jjrevious night parades. All divisions were well represented. Physical drill was given under N.C.O.’s of the Territorial force, after which the men were detailed for E.P.S. training. Following 10 minutes break at 8 o’clock, machine gun instruction and military drill filled in the remainder of the evening’s programme. HOME GUARD. SPECIALIST TRAINING LAST NIGHT A compa.'gv of the Home Guard paraded last night fiir specialist training. Instruction was given in machine-gun and .sigmdlui?,* work. Another twenty recruits WiTe enrolled.
