ACCIDENTALLY HANGED

A CHILD'S FALL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.! INVERCARGILL. February 14. Ralph William Lowe, aged b ur. son of Mr and Mrs W. H. Lowe. Bonn Street. Bluff, was accidentally hanged this evening. The child was swinging on a single-rope swing having a cross stick at the bottom. The rope was frayed, and it is thought that he placed his head between the strands of the rope and slipped from the stick.
