TIMARU APPRAISEMENT. <B\ Telegraph—Press Association.) TIMARU, February 12. Today was prompt date for the wool appraisement held at Timaru on January 25. when 18.116 bales were appraised. The proceeds amounted to £317,275 which gave an average of 12.61 d. a lb. or £l7 10s. 3d. a bale. Three bales of merino forward on behalf of Mr. J. E. Cameron. Ben Ohau Station, realised 21 Id., six bales 21d„ and seven bales 20d.
