The exiled Belgian Government has obtained an attachment writ against 2G0,fi00.00() dollars of Bank of France funds in the United States. The Belgians claim that ihe National Bunk of Belgium handed over to the Bank of France 200.000.000 worth of gold for safe keeping during the invasion of Belgium, but the Bank of France, despite Belgian opposition, sent the gold to Dakar, from whence (he Fi'epch are now taking the gold to Purls, for delivery to the Germans. The Belgium Ambassador. M. Thrums. stated that France, if she persists. will be forced to replace every ounce of the gold handed over to the Germans,
