HOSTESS HOUSE FOR VISITING RELATIVES. For the convenience of visiting wives, mothers, fiancees and sisters of soldiers, a hostess house has been provided near Pnpakura Military Camp by the National Patriotic Fund Board and the Auckland Provincial Patriotic Council. Normally the length of stay at the house, which has sleeping accommodation for 18. is limited to one week, bed and breakfast for this period being provided al a charge of £l. The house, which is comfortably appointed and up-to-date, is less than a mile from the camp and about a mile from Papakura township. Full information and reservations may be obtained from the matron.
