It is very seldom that a picture com- • bines so many aspects of interest, so i many unusual angles of appeal, as does the national and international drama, i "The Four Just Men." which will be > shown at the Cosy Theatre '■ tonight. Because of this, it is ' one of those rare productions j which entertain, and thrill, at the j actual time of screening. and which live in the memory long afterwards. On analysis it will be found i that the reason for this enduring value is that the drama has the unique quality of revealing deeper meanings and wider aspects of appeal the more the mind ponders upon it. This means that the film has an actuality, a vitality. In brief "The Four Just Men” is a highly intriguing piece of entertainment. One powerful reason ! for its deep appeal is that it deals so vividly with what is occurring, in greater or less degree, all over the world. It is instinct with implied fact, although it is obviously not a statement of fact. Every day in one or other centre of international intrigue, • incidents are occurring such as those j which go to make the pulsing excite- | ment of “The Four Just Men." i Cincsound’s comedy. Telling of a pleasant little man who j accidentally discovers a miraculous speeding-up tonic for racing greyhounds. the rip-roaring story portrays his antics as the formula disappears.
