SOUTHERN APPRAISAL. LITTLE VARIATION IN PRICE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL. February 3. The second wool appraisal for Southland was completed this evening. Brokers submitted catalogues totalling 22,245 bales. The wool was again of excellent quality, some particularly well-grown halfbreds and Corriedales being offered. Andrews and Dorricott, Eyre Creek, ed the appraisal with four bales oi halfbred at 18d. and 12 bales of Corriedale at 17!d. Another Corriedale clip, grown by 11. P. Mclntyre, Waikaia, realised 17d. Prices show little or no variation from those paid nt the first appraisal.
