DOTH HEREBY REj SOLVE by way of Special Order as follows:— J 1. THAT the Council raise from the State .Advances Corporation of New Zealand'a loan of Ten thousand pounds (£10.000). or as much thereof as may be I required for the purpose of making J advances to farmers for the erection ' of dwellings under the Rural Housing i Act, 1933, and its Amendments, such ■ loan to be called “The Rural Housing ; Loan. 1940. £lO.OOO " 2. THAT the Council repay half- ! yearly in reductian of the loan an I amount equal to the sum of all amounts which are expressed to be payable to j the Council during the half-year end- • ing on each half-yearly date by the agreements entered into with the Coim- ! til by the various farmers to whom ! loan moneys are to be advanced. 3.
