REMARKABLE PICTURE OF BRIDGE COLLAPSE.- This "scoop" picture was secured by an American press photographer who happened to be on the spot when the bridge over Tacoma Narrows. Washington. U.S.A. began breaking apart to fall 200 feet into the water. No lives were lost, although several persons had narrow escapes. The car indicated by arow was lost. Built at a cost of six and a-half million dollars, the bridge was only completed last July.
