PUBLIC NOTICES. WAIRARAPA HOSPITAL BOARD. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND. IN THE MATTER of "The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926.” and "The Public Works Act, | 1928." ' IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wairarapa Hospital Board proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to extend the Nurses' Home at the Greytown Hospital, an Institution under the control of the said Board, and to provide a Recreation Ground for the inmates of such Hospital: and for such purposes the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taker,. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a plan of the ! lands so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the Town Clerk to the Greytown Borough Council, situate at Main Street, Greytown, and 1 is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the^ execution of the said works or by the taking of the ! said lands, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of such, j works or the taking of the said lands must state their objection in writing and ! send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of.this Notice to the Wairarapa Hospital Board at its office, situate at the Masterton Public Hospital.
