RUMANIAN DISORDERS
270 KILLED IN BUCHAREST ALONE.
ESCAPE OF HORIA SIMA REPORTED.

The Rumanian leader. General Antonescu. has issued a decree that no Rumanian may leave the country unless his passport is stamped with a special visa. This is to prevent the escape of rebels.
Latest reports states that the leader of the Icgiohairgs, Horla Sima, has fled the country. American commentators say that rebel leaders are still at large but the rank and file of the rebels are being rounded up.
A report broadcast by the B.BC states that during the recent disorder 370 persons were killed and -144 injur cd in Bucharest alone. No figures hav< been issued of casualties in the pro vinces,
