Commenting on the Labour Party announcement that Parliamentary seats held by members in the armed forces would not be contested by the Government at the next election. Mr S. G. Holland, Leader of the Opposition, said the National Party would adopt the same course. That had been the attitude of his party all along. Any other course would be unthinkable.
