SEVERE STORM WORST FOR MANY YEARS. I (“Times-Age” Special, t ' Further details regarding Sunday afternoon's thunderstorm in the East Coast district show that it was the most severe storm of its kind experienced for many years. The cow killed by lightning was an animal belonging to Mr. Norman Groves. It was standing in the middle of an open paddock when it was struck by lightning.
