Two German bombers fell victims to R.A.F. fighters over Britain yesterday, the 8.8. C. reports. This was announced in an Air

Ministry communique which stat-

ed that enemy aircraft had drop-

ped bombs in Kent, causing little damage and few casualties.

Later in the morning bombs were dropped in the East Riding of Yorkshire. These also did little damage and no casualties were reported. On Tuesday night, for the second night in succession there were no enemy raids on Britain.
