REGARDING REPRESENTATION LN WASHINGTON.
'By Telegraph—Press Association.! WELLINGTON. This Day. "The question of appointing some- * one to represent New Zealand in the*' United States of America has been under consideration for some time, and at present is receiving immediate consideration," said the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, yesterday, He added that an early announcement about the appointment of a New Zealand representative in Washington, who may bo a Minister, could be expected. The Prime Minister said that the appointee would probably have the same status as the Australian Minister to Washington. Mr R. G. Casey, who received his appointment last year,
