Mr Semple is also to be Minister of Marine and Mr Wilson will take charge of Broadcasting which has been relinquished by Mr Fraser. Mr Sullivan will take over Scientific and Industrial research and Mr Mason wih be Minister in Charge of Prisons. Mr Nordmeyor is taking central of Mental Hospitals. Friendly Societies, and the National Provident Fund. The two new Ministers and Mr Paiken, who is to be a member of the Executive Council representing the Native race, were sworn in by die Governor.
