SPANISH REPUBLICANS SENTENCED. 'By Telegraph—Press Association—Copy 1 iitht 1 MADRID. January 19. An official tribunal sentenced in absentia. Largo Caballero, the first Republican Premier during the Civil War. and Martinez Barrios, the Speaker in the Republican Cortes. The sentences include confiscation of all thoir property and loss of civic rights and also a recommendation that they be deprived of Spanish nationality.
