SWIMMING CLUB DANCE

AN ENJOYABLE GATHERING. ("Times-Age" Special,) There was a good attendance at the Swimming Club’s dance held on Saturday night. The music was supplied bv Mrs Moran, and Mr W. McNamara was M.C. Monte Carlo dances were won by Mr Cameron and Mrs Selby, and Miss G. Fraser and partner. The ladies’ committee were in charge of the supper arrangements. Personal Items. Mr and Mrs E. F. Sinclair, Tauranga, are spending a few days here, and are the guests of Mrs F, E. Merlet, The many friends of Mis Herbert Clark will regret to learn that she has had to enter the Greytown Hospital for treatment. Miss Valda Downes, Christchurch, is the guest of Miss Norma Shepherd The Rev. V. C. Venimore. Vicar of Gonville, took the morning service at St. John’s Church, yesterday
