Champion singles: Spackman beat Dixon. 21 20; Jenkins beat Smith 21 18; Carr beat O'Donnell, 22 19; Wallace beat Reader. 21 19: Simpson beat Trevorrow 18 15. Champion pairs: Braggins and Leigh is) beat Lee and Allen. 22 16. Interhouse match: An interesting game was played between retired members of the Borough stall and a Park four. Although right through the game the Borough four held a slight lead, the Park rink evened the score on the last head, and in the extra head increased their tally by one point, giving them the victory by 20 19.
