The "Daily .Mail’s" correspondent on the French Iron- . tier says that General Weygand. who was placed in charge of .Morocco and French West Africa shortly after the armistice, will shortly fly to Vichy for urgent talks with .Marshal Petain and his advisers. Admiral Darlan and General Ihinlzinger.
The German pressure on the Vichy Government is undoubtedly growing, and the Gorman newspaper “Front" says: "It is time for France to make up her mind. We want to know whether her promise to collaborate was merely the result of her desperate situation or not."
