I Dry Spell Broken. i The exceptionally hot weather ! which lias been experienced for the ! past three weeks terminated on Satur- ! day when light rain fell and continued during the night. Yesterday the conditions were squally and there was decided drop in the temperature. Rain also fell last night, but this morning is line with a strong westerly wind blowing. The rain will prove of much benefit to pastures and gardens.
