Navy and Hume Ministers to siiengihcii the defence against air attack. under which priority will be given t<> the supply of materials. Funds wilt be giv,-n far the construction of defence facilities. The War Minister. Lieut.-General T<.je. in explaining the plan, said that <-nf‘ieeme!it was urgently necessary, due to Japan's high air vulnerability, and also the current international situation.
