MR. B. MORRISS. ‘‘He was the type of tine, straightforward farmer which has made New Zealand in the past." said the president. Mr Hugh Morrison, at a meeting of the Wainirapa executive of the Farmers' Union today, in referring to thi death of Mr B Morris, of Eketahuna. Mr Morrison said he had known .Mr Mm-riss not only as a prominent member of the Farmers Union but as a man and a friend. The executive stc-xl in silence as :i mark <>l respect, and a letter •'( condolence is to be sent to the late Mr Morriss's family.
