Gay Parade Wins at Reefton
DEAD HEAT IN CUP AT VINCENT MEETING
(BY "THE GRAFTER.")
At the Reefton Jockey Club's meeting on Saturday the Lewis Pass Handicap was won by Gay Parade, who beat Cymric by a length. The Farewell Handicap went to Rebel Chief, who beat the favourite Skyrena by a head.
The Lochella Challenge Cup at the Vincent meeting resulted in a dead heat between Hanlon and Chirp, while Green Gables won the Dunstan Hack Handicap.
