Ry Tcleeraph—Press i WASHINGTON, January 10.

President Roosevelt sent the following New Year message to King George: "It is my sincere wish that the friendship between our two countries and our present endeavours may contribute to the lasting peace and security of all peoples.” It was in reply to his Majesty’s message in which he said the common ideals of democracy united the two peoples "in an indissoluble bond of friendship.”
