Minister in Charge of Youth and Propaganda, has resigned from Cabinet, His resignation is a complete surprise and will be explained in rm afternorm communique. The authorities stressed that M, ' Baudouin's departure is absolutely unconnected with current Trench and German negotiations and also is not the result of any German pressure. The resignation is understood to be part of a general reorganisation plan within the Government, aimed at the creation of a three-man Inner Cabinet composed of Admiral Darlan. General Huntzinger and M. Flandin. Admiral Darlan is expected to retain the Ministry of .Marine, and also tr< C <>f the Ministries of the Inter, r and Justice.
