ADDITIONAL STORAGE

. PLANS AND MATERIALS READY. WORK TO BE PUSHED AHEAD. (Ry Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. It was learned today that both plans and material are ready for the construction of stores to provide increased space for New Zealand meat in the event of any unusual demands raised by the delays in shipment referred to by the Prime Minister (Mr Fraser) on Sunday night. The Minister of Marketing (Mr Nash) stated today that the possible necessity for extra storage had been realised some months ago and that as a result of conferences with interested parties, preparations had been made for the erection of additional storage space. Materials had been secured and the work would be pushed ahead.
