NAZIS OUTWITTED

FRENCH FILM SHOWN. SMUGGLED OUT OF PARIS. A French picture, “Mayerling to Sarajevo,” is being shown in America. John Lodge and Edwige Feuillere are the stars in the film, which continues the history of the Hapsburgs from the point where “Mayerling" left off and concludes with the assassination of Archduke Francis Ferdinand, at Sarajervo, in 1914. The film, according to report, was being shown in Paris when the Nazis marched in. The Germans confiscated all but one print, which was smuggled out of France and taken to America by Clipper plane from Lisbon.
