WELLINGTON CENTRE ANNUAL FOURS TOURNAMENT. RESULTS OF YESTERDAY’S PLAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. In bright sunny weather, with a moderate southerly breeze, the Wellington Bowling Centre yesterday made a start with its annual Christmas fours tournament. The Thorndon, Wellington, Kelburn and Lyall Bay greens—all in good order—were employed. There was an entry of 48 fours. These were divided into four sections —one section to each of the greens mentioned. The results of the first three rounds are as follow: — Section A.
