STATEMENT BY PREMIER OF THAILAND SETTLEMENT DESIRED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 10.10 a.m.) BANGKOK. December 25. The Premier told the Press: “We are ready to settle the French dispute, but the French have started attacks, and Thailand is determined to retaliate. He added that relations with Britain were smooth, owing to the readjustment of the Burma frontier.
