YOKOHAMA AND JAVA BANKS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) TOKIO, December 24. An exchange agreement has been signed between the Yokohama Specie Bank and the Java Bank, linking the guilder with the yen. It is understood that there will be no change in the exchange rate from that prevailing at present, but that there is provision stipulating for consultation between the two contracting parties in the case of a change being deemed necessary.
