PROGRESSIVE PAIRS TOURNEY ’ PLAY AT PARK GREEN. THIS MORNING'S RESULTS. A progressive pairs tournament was played at the Park Bowling Clubs green today in beautiful weathei. Full entries were received, the players including competitors from Wanganui, New Plymouth, Auckland and Wairarapa clubs. The green is in splendid order. ~ne committee decided that this year the winners’ trophies would be books of art union tickets issued by the Patriotic Committee. The club is pleased to acknowledge a donation to the tournament funds from Mr F. Dennes, of the Greytown Club. In the absence of the president, Mr R. Wallace, the visitors were welcomed by Mr E. J.
