Italian Aerodromes Bombed
OPERATIONS AGAINST BARDIA CONTINUED METHODICALLY
SOLLUM RAIDED BY ENEMY FORMATION
A communique issued yesterday by the R.A.F. headquarters in the Middle East reports successful raids on enemj aerodromes. Throughout. Tuesday British fighters patrolled over Libya without a single enemy machine offering battle. A strong formation of Italian bombers escorted by fighters raided Solium. The damage done was slight and there were few casualties. A Cairo communique states that preparations for dealing with the situation at Bardia continue steadily.
