The Belgrade correspondent of the “New York Times” reports that Yugoslav military circles say German sappers, engineers and other technicians and aviation units are fighting in northern Albania, having been ferried there by air across the Adriatic Sea and across Yugoslavia. A Budapest message says Germany is reported to be concentrating troops at Timisoara and Arad, in north-west-ern Rumania. Between two and three divisions have arr/Ved. It is understood Arad has become the German divisional headquarters of General Hube. The Hungarian railways announced that their schedules arc drastically restricted.
