FOUL FIGHTING

0 ITALIAN AIRMEN INDICTED ATTACK ON PARACHUTING PILOT. SECOND OUTRAGE OF KIND IN MIDDLE EAST. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.40 a.m.) RUGBY, December 23. Irrefutable evidence has been received, an official report states, that the pilot of one of two British aircraft lost in southern Albania on Saturday was machine-gunned while parachuting. The pilot died, half an hour after being found, from wounds received during his descent. This outrage by enemy fighters, which follows the Italian pilots’ practice in the Spanish war, was actually witnessed and placed on record. It is the second such outrage definitely committed since hostilities began in the Middle East.
