FOOD RELIEF FOR EUROPE. BUT NO ACTION TAKEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright! (Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) WASHINGTON, December 10. The Secretary of State, Mr Cordell Hull, has issued a statement that the question of food relief for Europe continues to be discussed by American officials, but that no decisions have been reached. Mr Hull added that he knew of no basis for the reports that a 190,000,000 dollars loan to Spain was under consideration. ,
