EXPECTED IN ITALY ACCORDING TO SPECIAL. COMMUNIQUE. TALK OF AN ACCELERATED WAR EFFORT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) ROME, December 9.
