It is officially stated that .Rumania has promised to deliver 3,000,000 tons of oil to Germany in 1941. This represents 60 per cent of Rip mania’s total exports to Germany. New pipelines are being built to relieve the transport pressure on the Rumanian railways.' Rumania is also exporting surplus cattle and cereals to excepting certain amounts for other countries which are supplying Rumania with goods unobtainable from Germany. It is estimated that 70 per cent of Rumania s total exports are now going to Germany.
