QUOTA EXCEEDED
HEART TO HEART APPEAL. SOUTHERN HAWKE’S BAY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DANNEVIRKE, December 8. The sum of £7,626 has been raised by a queen carnival in Dannevirke and the district for the Heart to Heart appeal. The total result of the effort is £8,462 and, with £3,303 from Woodville, Southern Hawke’s Bay has exceeded its quota by nearly £4,500.
